医疗设备管理信息化系统设计

目的：研制一种适合医院医疗设备实际管理需求的医疗设备管理信息化系统，以实现医疗设备管理的数字化。方法：针对医院医疗设备管理的客观现状提出设计需求，以设备字典为核心，面向使用者进行设计。将设备信息进行分类并分别提供给设备采购者、设备维修人员、临床医师和医院决策者。在此基础上，利用Microsoft Access开发医疗设备管理信息化系统。结果：该系统降低了使用者的工作强度，实现了医疗设备的无纸化管理与从采购到报废全程的可控。结论：该系统提高了医院的工作效率，为医疗设备采购员、使用者、维护者和医院决策层提供了实时的医疗设备信息，促进了医院管理水平的提高，是符合当前医院设备管理需要的信息化系统。

Design for informatized medical equipment management system

Objective To establish an informatized medical equipment management system. Methods The system requirements were determined on the basis of the present situation of hospital medical equipment management, with object dictionary centered and user oriented. The equipment information was classified and provided to the equipment buyer, maintainer, clinician and decision-maker. Microsoft Access was used to develop the system. Results The system decreased the user＇s workload, and facilitated the paperless life cycle management of medical equipment. Conclusion The system enhances the efficiency of hospital, and promotes hospital management by providing real-time medical equipment information to the buyer, maintainer, clinician and decision-maker.
