经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的临床探讨

目的：探讨经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的方法及临床应用。方法：对临床上有不规则阴道流血史的病人，应用经阴道超声检查197例。将其分为未破型宫外孕和出血型宫外孕两大类，进行比较分析。结果：孕囊完好无损90例，不全流产45例，流产后合并大出血33例。误诊12例。超声诊断与病理诊断符合率93．9％。结论：经阴道超声检测较腹部超声检测能更早期的获取最佳图像．是诊断早期宫外孕的有效方法且检出率高。

Clinical study on endovaginal ultrasonic diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

Objective: To explore the method and its clinical applications of endovaginal ultrasonic diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods: 197 patients with a history of irregular vaginal bleeding underwent the examination.Based on the images two types of ectopic pregnancy,one with unruptured gestation and the other one with bleeding into abdominal cavity were found and compared and analysed.Results: All patients in this team,90 with unruptured gestation sac,45 incomplete abortion and 33 abortion with severe bleeding in abdominal cavity was detected by ultrasonography.Excepting 12 misdiagnosis,the ultrasonic diagnosis were confirmed by clinical and pathologic examinations respectively.The diagnosis was consisted with pathologic diagnosis in 93.9%.Conclusion: Quite clear images can earlier be getted by this practice than by routine method.It is a useful method for early finding--out the disease and has a high positive findingout rate.
