| 摘 要： | 本文报道pH对不同转移表型肺腺癌细胞磷脂酰肌醇特异的磷脂酶c(PIase C)活性的影响。两条pH-酶曲线分别显示两个最适pH。在pH 5.0条件下,AGZY_(83)-a PIase C的比活力是Anip_(1211) PIase c的3.4倍。两者对Ca~(2+)的依赖性均较弱。

| Abstract: | The effect of PH on Plase C activities of Anip_(1211) and AGZY_(83-a) was studied. The optimal pH of Anip_(1211) and AGZY_(83-a) PIase was found to be 5.0, 6.0 respectively. AGZY_(83-a) PIase specific activity was 3.4 times of Anip 1211 at pH 5.0. Both enzyme activities exhibited in absence of Ca~(2+). |
