乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术与传统开放术的疗效对比分析

目的:探讨乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺疾病的临床疗效及优越性。方法:将108例良性甲状腺疾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各54例,对照组给予开放手术治疗,观察组给予腔镜下甲状腺切除术治疗,观察两组患者手术及并发症情况。结果:观察组术中出血量及术后需镇痛患者的比例均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较无显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:腔镜手术治疗甲状腺疾病具有手术创伤小、并发症少等优点,且不会留下明显瘢痕,是一种较佳的微创手术治疗方案。

Contrastive analysis of efficacy of the endoscopic thyroidectomy via breast areola approach and the conventional open thyroidectomy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and superiority of the endoscopic thyroidectomy via breast areola approach on the treatment of thyroid diseases.Method 108 cases of benign thyroid diseases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(each with 54 cases).The control group was treated with the open thyroidectomy,while the observation group is treated with the endoscopic thyroidectomy via breast areola approach.Surgeries and complications of both groups were observed.Results As for the observation group,the percentage of intra-operative bleeding and analgesia was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant differences between both groups in complication incidence(P<0.05).Conclusion With little trauma,complication and evident cicatrix,the endoscopic thyroidectomy via breast areola approach is a quite good therapeutic schedule of minimally invasive surgery.
