女性生殖道支原体耐药性分析

目的掌握合川地区女性生殖道支原体感染和耐药情况,向临床推荐治疗支原体的首选药物。方法采用培养加药敏试验同时进行检测。结果 （1）1 196例样本中,支原体阳性463例（38.7%）,其中单纯解脲支原体（Uu）感染415例（89.6%）,单纯人型支原体（Mh）感染3例（0.7%）,Uu和Mh混合感染45例（9.7%）。（2）支原体药敏试验结果显示,单纯Uu的敏感药物前3位：美满霉素（85.6%）、强力霉素（85.1%）、克拉霉素（76.6%）;耐药率最高者为大观霉素（95.9%）。Uu和Mh混合感染者的敏感药物前2位：强力霉素和美满霉素均为80.0%;耐药率居前者为：大观霉素、阿奇霉素均为93.3%,克拉霉素、罗红霉素均为90.0%。结论 （1）合川地区女性生殖道支原体感染以单纯Uu为主,其次为Uu和Mh混合感染,单纯Mh感染少见。（2）单纯Uu感染的首选用药为美满霉素、强力霉素,其次是克拉霉素;Uu和Mh混合感染的首选用药是美满霉素、强力霉素,其次是交沙霉素。

Drug resistance analysis of female reproductive tract mycoplasma

Objective To understand women in the genital tract mycoplasma infection and drug resistance for clinical treatment recommendation to mycoplasma first choice of drug use.Methods Culture method was used to test sensitivity at the same time.Results（1）In 1 196 cases,463 cases were mycoplasma-positive（positive rate was 38.7%）.415 cases（89.6%） were one simple Ureaplasma urealyticum（UU）,3 cases（0.7%） were simple people type mycoplasma（Mh）.45 cases（9.7%） were Uu and MH mixed infection.（2） The top three drug susceptibility rates of UU simple were Minocycline（85.6%）,doxycycline（85.1%）,clarithromycin（76.6%）.The highest resistance rate was spectinomycin with 95.9 %.Top two drug susceptibility rate sof UU,MH mixed-infected were doxycycline（80%） and minocycline（80%）,respectively.Resistance rates in the former were spectinomycin（93.3%）,azithromycin（93.3%）,clarithromycin（90.0%）,Roxithromycin（90.0%）.Conclusion（1）Simple UU infection is the major Mycoplasma genitalium infection in-Hechuan region,then followed by Uu and MH mixed infection,Mh infection is seldom.（2） The minocycline,doxycycline are first choice drugs for Uu,then followed by clarithromycin.minocycline,doxycycline are first choice drugs UU,MH mixed infection,then followed by josamycin.
