Lichtenstein无张力疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝169例临床分析

目的探讨成人腹股沟疝Lichtenstein术式的临床效果。方法对我院自2006年8月至2008年12月169例各型腹股沟疝患者行190例次Lichtenstein术式无张力疝修补术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果无张力疝修补术手术时间（51±9．6）min，术后下床活动时间（5±2．2）h，总住院时间（5±1，2）d，术后不适感持续时间（3±1．5）d。随访3～28个月，平均13个月，随访率90．5％，无死亡及复发病例。结论Lichtenstein无张力疝修补术具有方法简便，更宽的手术指征，术后疼痛轻，恢复快，住院时间短，并发症少和复发率低的优点。

Clinical analysis of 169 cases of Lichtenstein herniorrhaphy in treatment of adult inguinal hernia

Objective To study the clinical treatment of tension - free repair for inguinal hernia. Methods The clinical data of 169 patients with various types of inguinal hernia receiving 190 Lichtenstein＇ s tension - free repair from Aug. 2006 to Dec. 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the tension - free - repair approach, the operation time was 51 ±9.6 min, the postoperative ambulation 5± 2.2 h, the hospital stay was 5 ±1.2 d, and the postoperative discomfort duration of 3 ± 1.5 d. During the follow -up for 3 to 28 months（ mean 13 months）,there were no deaths or recurrences in this series of the patients. Conclusion The tension - free repair had a greater advantage over the traditional hernia repair procedure, such as easier surgical performance, a wider surgical indication, less postoperative pain, quicker recovery, shorter period of hospitalization, fewer complications and lower recurrence rate.
