男性甘油三酯水平与高血压检出率的关系

目的探讨单项甘油三酯（TG）增高与高血压检出率的关系。方法在参加健康体检的男性20-69岁人群中筛选出体质指数、总胆固醇（TC）和空腹血糖（GLU）均正常且无糖尿病。肾病病史者25376例，分为TG水平正常、临界、高组，分别统计血压正常与高血压的人数。结果TG增高对男性高血压检出率的影响，表现为以年龄为阶梯的递进过程；各年龄组随TG水平增高，高血压的检出率呈明显上升趋势。结论排除胆固醇、血糖及体重因素对血压的影响后，男性TG水平和血压之间具有正相关关系，且相关性随年龄的增长而增加；在青壮年人中TG增高对舒张压的影响大于收缩压。

Relation between Blood Pressure and the Male Individual Event Triglycerides Increases

Objective To evaluate the relationship between hypertension and s ingle triglyceride increase in male. Methods Among the male population aged 20 t o 69 years old who joined the health physical examination, 25 376 persons, who w ere normal in BMI, total cholesterol (TC) and fasting blood glucose (FBG) and ha d no disease history of DM and nephropathy, were chosen and divided into groups with 10 years deviation, and into subgroups of normal, critical and high TG acco rding the levels of serum TG. Then counted the numbers of normal people and hype rtension ones in every subgroup. Results 1. TG influenced and increased the posi tive detection rate of hypertension with the age in male. 2. After stratified wi th age, the positive detection rate of high TG companied with hypertension still had ascendant trend. 3. The detection rate of hypertension had an obvious ascen dant trend with triglyceride level increase in each group (the normal-, the crit ical- and the high TG group). Conclusion Excluding the influences of cholestero l, blood sugar and weight on blood pressure, triglyceride level and the blood pr essure had a positive correlation in male. And this correlation increased with t he age. In people with aged between twenty and fifty years old, the impact of tr iglyceride increase on diastolic blood pressure was greater than that on systoli c blood pressure.
