蚌埠市2个街区儿童麻疹疫苗查漏补种情况分析

目的：调查蚌埠市2个街区儿童麻疹疫苗预防接种和查漏补种情况.方法：回顾分析2011年10月和2012年5月麻疹疫苗查漏补种存档资料,随机选择100名漏种麻疹疫苗的儿童,对其家长进行电话访问,询问漏种麻疹疫苗原因.于2013年3月进行麻疹疫苗查漏补种.结果：2012年5月和2013年3月儿童麻疹疫苗补种率和总接种率均高于2011年10月（P＜0.05）.对100名麻疹疫苗漏种的儿童家长电话访问中,漏种疫苗的原因主要为当时儿童生病或正服药期间（包括过敏者）47人,其次为外出探亲或旅游和外来流动儿童各11人,其他原因31人.结论：加大消除麻疹工作宣传力度,定期查漏补种,提高流动儿童免疫接种率,在消除麻疹患病工作中至关重要.

Analysis of omission and suplemenetary re-inoculation of measles vaccine in children in 2 street blocks of Bengbu

Objective：To investigate the vaccination and re-inoculation of children measles vaccine in 2 streets of Bengbu. Methods： The data of vaccination of measles vaccine were retrospectively analyzed from October 2011 to May 2012. The reasons of 100 children with no-vaccinated measles vaccine were investigated by their partents telephone, and these children were re-inoculation in March 2013. Results ：The re-inoculate and total vaccination rates of measles vaccine in May 2012 and March 2013 were higher than those in October 2011 （P 〈 0.05 ）. The mainly reasons of measles vaccine omission were children in sick or medication（47 cases）, followed by going out or migrant children （11 cases） and others in 31 cases by telephone follow-up. Conclusions： Reinforcing propaganda work, regular inspection and improving the immunization coverage of migrant children are vital importance to eliminate measles.
