胎盘早剥对母婴预后的影响

目的：探讨胎盘早剥对母婴预后的影响.方法：将55例胎盘早剥患者分为轻型组（21例）和重型组（34例）,对2组临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果：轻型组孕周大于重型组（P＜0.05）,重型组胎心监护异常率、B超检出率、B-Lynch缝扎术率和产后出血率均高于轻型组（P＜0.05~P＜0.01）.结论：胎盘早剥临床表现复杂,及早发现胎盘早剥,及时剖宫产终止妊娠,能够改善母婴预后.

The effect of placental abruption on the prognosis of mother and child

Objective：To investigate the effects of placental abruption on the prognosis of mother and child. Methods：Fifty-five patients with placental abruption were divided into mild group（21 cases） and severe group（34 cases）, the clinical data of two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results ：The gestational age in mild group was significantly higher than that in severe group（P 〈 0.05 ）. The abnormal fetal heart rate, B ultrasound detection rate, uterine B-Lynch suture rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate in severe group were significantly higher than those in mild group（P 〈 0.05 to P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions ：The clinical manifestations of placental abruption are complex. Early detecting placental abruption and timely terminating pregnancy can improve the prognosis of mother and child.
