四川省大凉山区血吸虫病地理分布规律及影响分布因素研究

摘    要:大凉山区位于四川省南部,横断山脉东缘,气候垂直变化明显,河谷为亚热带,山腰为温带,山原为寒带。血吸虫病分布於河谷亚热带地区,受地貌和垂直气候的影响呈现有规律的变化。在狭窄燥谷地区血吸虫病只在水源充足地方流行,呈不连续分布。在亚热带宽广河谷呈大面积连续分布,在这些分布地区四周随着海拔高度的增加,血吸虫病感染率逐渐下降。其流行区与非流行区的临界温度线大约为15.5℃左右。采用年平均气温多元回归方程可以确定大山区血吸虫病流行区的性质和范围。

Abstract:Daliangshan mountainous region is located in the eastern border along Mt. Hengduan in south Sichuan Province. The climate varies markedly in accordance with changing altitude, i. e. river valley as subtropic, halfway up the mountain as temperate and plateau as frigid zone.In our study, it showed that with the influence of landform and changable vertical climate, schistosomiasis distributed in a regular pattern. In narrow dry valley region it was concentrated in isolated areas where the water resource was sufficient, while in subtropic broad river valley region the disease distributed extensively over a large area. With the elevation of altitude, the prevalence of schistosomiasis gradually decreased. The critical annual temperature deviding endemic and nonendemic area was about 15. 5 C. The epidemiological pattern and range of schistosomiasis endemic area could be determined by multiple regression equation.
