前胡丙素对大鼠离体缺血再灌注心脏血流动力学的影响

摘    要:在大鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤模型上,研究前胡丙素对缺血再灌注后血流动力学的影响。与缺血组比较,大鼠预先ip前胡丙素15mg·kg ̄(-1),每日2次,共3d,可以减轻大鼠离体心脏缺血再灌注损伤,促进冠脉流出量的恢复;防止左室收缩(LVSP,+dp/dt_(max))和舒张(-dp/dt_(max))功能的下降;抑制肌酸激酶释放;以上结果与硝苯地平(60μg·kg ̄(-1)ip,每日2次,共3d)类似,结果表明前胡丙素对心肌缺血再灌注的血流动力学变化有改善作用。

Abstract:Effects of praeruptorinC(Prd-C)onmyocardial reperfusion injury hemodynamics in iso-lated Langendorff's heart of rats were studied.During15 min reperfusion after 50 min global ischemia,Pra-C(15 mg·kg ̄(-1) ,ip twice daily for 3 d)could promote the recovery of coronary flow,heart rate,leftventricular pressure,and the maximum rate of rise ofleft ventricular Dressure,depress the release of creatinekinase. These effects were same as those of nifedipine(60 μg·kg ̄(-1),ip twice dailv for 3 d before test).Theresults suggest that Pra-C can protect mvocardiumperformance against ischemic reperfused damages.
