| 摘 要： | ①目的观察双侧卵巢切除（OXV）大鼠脑内不同部位烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体（nAchR）表达的变化，探讨其与认知功能障碍的关系。②方法健康雌性Wistar大鼠10只，随机分为两组，OXV组行双侧卵巢切除术，对照组为假手术对照组。术后1个月处死动物，应用免疫组织化学技术观察海马CA1区、皮质区、杏仁复合体区、基底前脑Meynert核区的nAchR阳性细胞的表达。③结果与对照组比较，OXV组大鼠脑内海马CA1区、皮质区、杏仁复合体区、Meynert核区nAchR阳性细胞表达数量显著减少，差异有显著意义（t=6．971～8．364，P〈0．01）。④结论大鼠卵巢切除后脑内不同区域的nAchR表达减少，此改变可能与年龄相关性认知功能障碍发病有关。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo observe the expression of nAchR in different parts of the brain in the rat after bilateral ovariectomy and study its relation with dementia.MethodsTen female rats were divided into two groups in random. The rats in operation group underwent bilateral ovariectomy and sham-operation group served as the control. The nAchR expressions in the cortex, hippocampus CA1, amygdale and Meynert nucleus were observed, one month after operation, using immunochemical technique. ResultsCompared with the control group, the expression of nAchR in operation group decreased obviously in the cortex, hippocampus CA1, amygdale and Meynert nucleus(t=6.971-8.364,P<0.01). ConclusionThe expression of nAchR decreases in the areas of cortex, hippocampus CA1, amygdale of the brain after bilateral removal of ovarium. These changes may be associated with age-related dementia. |
