高压氧与药物综合治疗慢性阑尾炎临床价值探讨

目的探讨高压氧与药物综合治疗慢性阑尾炎的临床价值。方法临床确诊的116例慢性阑尾炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组应用高压氧及药物综合治疗，对照组只应用药物治疗。结果治疗组58例，痊愈47例（81．0％），有效9例（15．5％），无效2例（3．5％），总有效率96．5％；对照组58例，痊愈35例（60．3％），有效16例（27．6％），无效7例（12．1％），总有效率87．9％。两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论高压氧结合药物对于慢性阑尾炎的保守治疗具有显著效果，具有重要的临床应用价值。

Clinical Value of HBO and Drug Comprehensive Treat in Chronic Appendicitis

Objective Inquiry the clinical value that the hyperbaric oxygen (HBO)with drug in trea-ting chronic appendicitis. Methods 116 chronic appendicitis patients is divided into treating set and matched set random, the treating set treated with HBO and drug comprehensive, the matched set with applied drug only. Results Treat set 58 cases, recovery 47 (81.0%), valid 9 (15.5%), invalid 2 (3.5%), total efficiency 96.5% ; Matched set 58 cases, recovery 35 (60.3%), valid 16 (27.6%), invalid 7 ( 12. 1% ), total efficiency87.9%. Two sets of total efficiency have shown the relatively difference. (P<0.01). Conclusion HBO with drug comprehensive treatment in chronic appendicitis has the relatively effect, and has important clinical appli-cation value.
