围绝经期妇女子宫内膜癌36例临床分析

目的总结围绝经期子宫内膜癌患者的临床特点、诊治及预后。方法回顾分析我院2000年2月-2007年6月治疗的围绝经期子宫内膜癌患者36例，年龄45～55岁，平均（51．6±1．02）岁；36例患者手术治疗为主，结合辅助化疗和（或）放射治疗，辅助激素治疗。结果36例患者中随访29例，失访7例，随访率为80．56％；29例中7例为术后2年内复发和（或）转移，其中盆腔复发3例，远处转移2例，盆腔复发及远处转移同时存在者2例。结论围绝经期子宫内膜癌以Ⅰ型多见，手术治疗为主联合综合治疗有助于提高患者预后。

Clinical Analysis of 36 cases of Endometrial Carcinoma in Perimenopausal Women

Objective To summarize the clinical characteristic,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma in perimenopausal women. Metiaods From February 2000 to June 2007, the data of 36 perimenopausal women, underwent a surgery combined with chemotherapy and（or） radiotherapy, and hormone treatment, with endometrial carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital. Their mean ages were （51.6 ± 1.02） years（ranged from 45 to 55 years old）. Results There were 29 of 36 patients who had been followed-up. The followed-up rate was 80.56%. 7 out of 29 patients had recurred and（or）metastasized in two years ,who include 3 in recurrence in pelvic cavity,2 in distant metastasis, and 2 in both. Conclusion Most of endometrial carcinoma in perimenopausal period belong to I type. Surgery combined with chemotherapy and（or） radiotherapy, and hormone treatment may lead to the better prognosis of perimenopausal women with endometrial carcinoma.
