自测健康评定量表的测试初报

为观察自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)的信度、效度、反应度和人口学因素.对500个个体进行了测试.在一般人群、精神病康复期患者和躯体疾病临床住康复科患者中,SRHMS的重测信度分别为0.714,0.866,0.939;Cronbachα系数分别为0.870,0.911,0.919.因子分析产生的9个因子与理论结构一致.SRHMS与SF36效标效度为0.522;生理健康、心理健康、社会健康三子量表分以及量表总分与其相应一个条目的健康自测分之间存在关联.SRHMS能够反映不同人群,不同年龄,不同家庭人均收入,不同文化程度,不同职业和不同住地评价者间自测健康的差异.量表还能够敏感地反映个体在不同时间内自测健康的变化.以上结果表明SRHMS是可靠的、有效的、灵敏的.

The First Report of Test for the Self-rated Health Measurement Scale

AS SRHMS is a new scale which is adaptable in our country.It is necessary to evaluate its reliability,validity,responsiveness and sciodemographic factors.500 individuals received SRHMS assessment.In normal people,clinical patients with physical disease in department of recuperation and psychiatric patients during recuperation,the re-test reliability are 0.714,0.939,0.866 respetively,and the Cronbachαcoefficient are 0.870,0.919,0.911 respectively.The 9 factors generated by factor analysis are consistence with theory frame of SRHMS.The criterion validity with SF236 is 0.522;physical,mental,social subscale scores and SRHMS score are significantly related to each item for assessing their self-rated health.SRHMS can also discriminate that self-rated health is significantly differential in different people,age,family income per person,educational level and profession and residence.The scale can reflect the change of individuals'self-rated health.The results showed that SRHMS is reliable,valid,and sensitive.
