马尔尼菲青霉病致溶骨性损害2例

例1患者女,54岁,反复咳嗽、咳痰11月,再发加重1月入院,住院期间患者全身皮肤突然出现多个紫红色大小不等的结节,发热,因外力致左肩部疼痛,活动受限;例2患者男,43岁,因反复发热、颈部肿物1年,右上臂疼痛13天入院,因外力致右上臂活动受限;以上2例经组织及脓液培养均确诊为马尔尼菲青霉病,X线片提示2例骨折均为病理性骨折。

Two Case of Penicilliosis Marneffei With Osteolytic Damage

The first patient was a 54-year-old woman with repeated cough and sputum for 11 months,and aggravation for one month. In the hospitalization period,there were multiple purple-red nodules in different size occurred on her body in short time,accompaning with fever,the left shoulder pain and limitation of movement. The second patient was a 43-year-old man,who was admitted to hospital with recurrent fever and a tumor in his neck for a year,and right upper limb pain for 13 days. Morbility of his right upper arm was limited occasionally caused by external force. Both of two patients were confirmed by Penicilliosis marneffei culture and the X-ray examination.
