粟粒性肺结核误诊为弥漫性肺泡癌26例临床分析

①目的 提高对粟粒性肺结核和弥漫性肺泡癌的认识。②方法 分析我院1987～2000年粟粒性肺结核误诊为弥漫性肺泡癌26例临床资料，所有病例均经X线胸片、反复查痰、结核菌素实验、查血结核抗体、细胞学及病理学等检查。③结果 26倒最后确诊为粟粒性肺结核，所有病例均拍X线胸片，同时痰中找到抗酸杆菌8例，结核菌素实验阳性22例，查血结核抗体阳性16例，细胞学检查4例，活检2例，经有效抗痨药物治疗后，均获得满意效果。④结论 应加强对粟粒性肺结核和弥漫性肺泡癌诊断的认识，及早做出鉴别诊断，以便临床正确用药。

Clinical analysis of 26 miliary tuberculosis misdiagnosed as diffuse alveolar cell carcinoma

Objective To enhance the understanding of miliary tubercnlosis and diffuse alveolar cell carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 26 miliary tberculosis misdiagnosed as diffuse alveolar carcinoma fron 1987 to 2000 were analysed,X-ray in chest,sputum check repeatedly,tuberculinization,tuberculosis antibody,cytology and pathology check were used in all cases.Results 26 cases were finally diagnosed as miliary tuberulosis.All cases were checked by x-ray,tubercle bacillus was found in 8 cases sputnm,tuberculinization was positive in 22 cases,tuberculosis antibody was positive in 16 cases,cytology check for 4 cases and biopsy for 2 cases,All cases achieve good results after been treated with efficacious antituberculotic drugs.Conclusions Improve the understanding of diagnosis of miliary tuberculosis and diffuse alveolar carcinoma and make differential diagnosis as soon as possible with the aim of treating correctly.
