| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心电监护电极片的安置方法。方法采用随机对照试验的方法对2种心电监护电极片安置方法(常规法和改良法)的结果(所用时间、图像清晰度)进行对比。结果采用2种方法所用时间具有显著性差异,改良法用时明显缩短;图像清晰度无差异。结论用改良法安置电极片既简化操作程序,缩短操作时间,也可保证监护效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the placement methods of electrocardiogram(ECG) monitor electrodes.Methods The results(the operation time and the image legibility) of the two electrodes placement methods(the routine method and the improved method) were compared with the randomized controlled trial(RCT).Results The operation time had a significant difference between the two methods,because the time needed in the improved method was obviously reduced.The image legibility had no difference.Conclusions To place the electrodes by the improved method can not only simplify the operation procedure and shorten the operation time,but also assure the monitoring effectiveness. |
