| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血内皮素 (endothelin ,ET)和血浆降钙素基因相关肽 (calcitoninggenerelatedpeptide,CGRP)在心源性缺氧缺血性脑病 (hypoxic ischemicencephalopathy ,HIE)中的变化。 方法 应用放射免疫分析法测定单纯急性心肌梗死 (AMI)及急性心肌梗死伴发心源性HIE 2 4小时内及第 7天血浆ET和CGRP水平。结果 心源性HIE组 2 4小时内血浆ET明显高于AMI组 (P <0 .0 1) ,血浆CGRP明显低于AMI组 (P <0 .0 1) ,至第 7天HIE组ET及CGRP水平与AMI组ET及CGRP水平差异已无统计学意义 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。结论 ET和CGRP与心源性HIE的病程演变有密切关系

| Abstract: | Objective To study the change of endothlin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in plasma of hypoxic ischemic encephelopathy (HIE) from heart disease.Methods ET (in 24 hours and on the seventh day) and CGRP (in 24 hours and on the seventh day) were measured by radio immuno assay from the patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and the patients with HIE from heart disease.Results ET in plasma of HIE from heart disease was higher than that of AMI in 24 hours (P< 0.01 ); CGRP in plasma of HIE from heart disease was lower than that of AMI in 24 hours (P< 0.01 ).By the seventh day,ET and CGRP were similar in two groups (P> 0.05 ).Conclusion ET and CGRP relates to the change of disease of HIE from heart disease. |
