内扎外剥加外痔缝合术治疗混合痔的临床观察

目的减轻混合痔术后疼痛,促进愈合。方法对60例Ⅲ～Ⅳ期混合痔采用内扎外剥加外痔切口缝合术,缝合外痔切口前给予结扎痔核基底部及外痔创面进行点状注射复方盐酸利多卡因注射液。术后给予抗炎、换药及理疗治疗。结果 60例全部治愈,疗程平均（10.2±1.5）d。术后疼痛明显减轻,肛管平整。随访半年未发现排便困难、肛门溢液及肛门狭窄等后遗症。结论该术式能有效地减轻患者的痛苦,缩短病程,疗效确切,且符合肛门整形之要求,无并发症。

Clinical Observation of Intra-ligation and Extra-removing with Suturing the Incision to Treat Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective To alleviate the postoperative pain and promote the wound healing of hemorrhoid patients after surgery. Methods All of the sixty cases suffering from mixed hemorrhoids with stage Ⅲ or stage Ⅳ internal hemorrhoids have been cured after they underwent the procedures of intra-ligation and extra-excision with spotted injection of compound lidocaine hydrochloride injection into the base of the ligation point and the external hemorrhoid wound and then suturing the incision,and had the postoperative management of anti-inflammation,changing the dressing on the wound and topical physiotherapy. Results The average hospital stay was 10.2±1.5 days. The postoperative patients had smooth anal verge skin and little anal pain without the sequelae of difficulty in passing motion,fecal discharge,anal stricture,etc. during the six months of follow-up. Conclusion This model of procedure can efficiently lessen the postoperative pain and shorten the patients＇ hospital stay,which accords with the requirements of anal plastic surgery with no complications.
