生物分析化学中开展设计型实验考核的探索

摘    要:把设计型实验作为生物分析化学实验考核,在学生已经掌握生物分析化学基本理论和基本操作技能的基础上,通过文献查阅、实验方案设计、实验报告和实验总结等10个方面的指标,考核学生运用知识能力和创新综合能力。考核结果的定量分析表明,学生实验考核成绩平均分87.8,标准差5.0,难度系数0.88,区分度0.12,实验考核信度系数0.9423。通过实施设计型实验考核,激发了学生的实验主动性,培养了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,促进了学生的创新意识与动手能力的培养。

Abstract:By evaluation of academic designed experiment performance in Bio-Analytic Chemistry from ten different evaluating indicators including literature search, experimental design, and experimental report and so on. The quantitative analysis results indicate the average is 87.8, the standard deviation is 5.0,the difficulty index is 0.88,the dipartite degree is 0.12 and the confidence coefficient of the assess is 0.9423. The designed experimental assessment can inspire the students'experimental goaheadism, cultivate their ability to analyze and solve problems,and promote their innovative consciousness and practice skills.
