惠州市个体医疗机构消毒质量调查

目的为了解惠州市个体医疗机构消毒质量状况，降低和控制院内感染的发生。方法按卫生部《消毒技术规范》和《医院卫生消毒标准》（GB15981-1995）进行监测调查。结果无菌医疗用品细菌总数合格率为98．42％（311／316），使用中消毒剂合格率为87．61％（601／686）、无菌器械保存液合格率为35．00％（21／60）、医护人员手细菌总数合格率为79．06％（219／277）。结论个体医疗机构消毒质量较差，加强个体医疗机构消毒知识培训及管理尤为重要。

Survey of sterilization quality in private medical uints in Huizhou City

Objective To understand the disinfectant condition of private medical treatment organization in HuiZhou, to control and reduce infection in hospital. Methods Survey was carried out according to Technical Standard For Disinfection and Hygienic Standard For Disinfection In Hospital GB15981-1995]. Results The qualification rate of total germs of medical products disinfected is 98.42%(311/316),87.61%(601/686),for disinfectant being used and 35.00%(21/60) for disinfectant used for prevention of contamination of instruments, hands of doctor and nurse is 79.06%(219/277). Conclusion Disinfectant condition of private medical organization is not good. It is important to strengthen the training of private medical organization with disinfectant knowledge and management.
