| 摘 要： | 目的总结在电子胆道镜下行胆道残石取出的手术配合要点。方法选择电子胆道镜经“T”管窦道治疗胆道残石70例，术前做好患者心理护理，并对仪器准备、术中配合、术后器械的清洁保养等环节进行总结。结果70例患者手术顺利，术后均经“T”管瘘道取石，取净率100％，未出现与电子胆道镜相关的严重并发症。结论胆道镜治疗胆道残余结石是一种理想的术式，而手术中医护之间的密切配合是手术成功的关键。
