冬凌草化学成分积累动态的研究

摘    要:目的:分析冬凌草化学成分的积累动态。方法:采用中国药典(2005年版)的方法进行水溶性浸出物、醚溶性浸出物的测定;用高效液相色谱法测定冬凌草中冬凌草甲素、迷迭香酸的含量。结果:冬凌草中水溶性浸出物、醚溶性浸出物、冬凌草甲素、迷迭香酸的含量在不同生长时期有明显的变化规律。结论:冬凌草中化学成分动态积累的变化规律,将为研究冬凌草生物特性的形成及冬凌草的规范化种植提供科学依据。

Abstract:In this paper the combined dynamic state of chemical components in Rabdosia rubescens (Henmsl.) Hara has been evaluated. In the study, the water-soluble extractives and aether-soluble extractives were determined using the process defined in the PRC Parmacopoeia (2005 edition). Both Oridinin and Rosmarinic acid were determined by HPLC. Investigation results show that Herba Rabdosiae Rubescens produced in different periods present a noticeably different quantity of water-soluble extractives, aether-soluble extractives, and Oridinin and Rosmarinic acid. It is concluded that the combined dynamic state of chemical components in the fruit of Rabdosia rubescens provides a scientific basis for understanding the biological property of Rabdosia rubescens, and the proper harvesting time for the herb.
