| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨综合性分娩镇痛法即精神预防加药物镇痛的效果及对产程、母儿的影响。方法 :对 738例进入不同产程阶段的产妇根据产程进展的程度及产妇对镇痛的要求不同 ,分别采用不同的药物和精神预防法分娩镇痛 ,即实验组 ,并将 6 0 0例进入产程而未实施药物镇痛者作为对照组 ,观察实验组镇痛效果及对产程、分娩方式、产后出血及对新生儿的影响。结果 :实验组镇痛总有效率为 10 0 % ,满意率为 70 %以上 ,明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与对照组比较 ,实验组各产程时间明显缩短 (P <0 0 5 ) ,剖宫产率及产后出血量明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,对新生儿阿氏评分无明显影响 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :综合性分娩镇痛法安全、有效、简便、值得推广。

| Abstract: | Aim: To study combined labor analgesia fand its influences on the labor course and on both mothers and infants.Methods:A total of 738 pregnant women in different labor phases were given different drug analgesia during labor according to the different labor phases and their different requirments for analgesia.A total of 600 pregnant women who were not given any labor analgesia were regarded as control group.The analgesic effect,the labor course,the mode of delivery,postpartum hemorrhage,and neonatal asphyxia of the 2 groups were observed,respectively.Results:In the experimental group the response rate was 100% and the satisfaction rate was above 70%,which was significantly higher than those of control group.Compared with control group,the duration of each labor phase was significantly shorter (P<005),the rate of cesarean was significantly lower(P<005) and postpartum hemorrhage was less(P<005),but there was no significant influence on the infants( P> 0 05).Conclusion:Combined labor analgesia is safe and effective. |
