| 摘 要： | 对Ⅱ型糖尿病随机分成两组:牛初乳制剂治疗组(24例)和安慰剂组(17例)。两组病情相近,治疗前后分别测定空腹和餐后2h血浆葡萄糖及糖化血浆蛋白等。牛初乳制剂组进一步作停药前后对照。结果表明:牛初乳制剂有降糖效果,安慰剂组则无。本文探讨了牛初乳的降糖机理。

| Abstract: | 41 type II diabetic patients were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups. 24 of them were treated with Bovine Colostrum (BO) and 17 of them with placebo. The clinical states of these patients before entering the study were similar. We measured the blood glucose before and after the meal, glucosylprotein and so on before and after the treatment. The results suggest that BO has a hypoglyoemio effect on type II diabetic patients. The mechanism of this effect may contribute to the amount of milk chromium complex and insulinlike grown factor withinBO. |
