妇女更年期综合征“上热下寒症”的研究

妇女更年期综合征最常见的症状为“烘热”，很多妇女还同时伴有下半身“冷感”。对此一般称为“上热下寒症”。因为“上热下寒症”缺乏客观性指标，且此症状不危及生命，故常被忽视。可是“上热下寒症”在日常生活中给妇女带来很多痛苦，对妇女来说是一个非常严重的问题，而且使生活质量（QOL）降低。根据对40～60岁妇女202名进行的问卷调查，探讨更年期“上热下寒症”的现状。

Effect of Acupuncture in Treating Women Climacteric Syndrome with Upper Heat and Lower Cold

The roasting heat was the well-known symptom occurred in patients with climacteric symptom. In women. Many patients also complained a cold feeling in the lower half of the body. It was commonly called heat in the upper and cold in the lower. Because it was not life-threating and without objective index the existence of upper heat and lower cold sometimes was neglected. But it often brought discomfort to the women in their daily life and was a severe trouble for them. The discomfort led to a decline in the quality of life(QOL). According to the inquired results from 202 patients aged from 40 to 60 years old the characteristic of upper heat and lower cold syndrome in climacteric syndrome women was explored.
