个性、应对方式和社会支持对社区女性抑郁发生的作用

目的探讨个性、应对和社会支持与抑郁的相关性及各因素对抑郁的作用大小和途径。方法对210例社区已婚女性测试了流调中心抑郁量表、特质应对问卷、社会支持问卷和艾森克人格问卷等，并采用相关、回归和路径分析等方法探讨各因素与抑郁的相关性及其对抑郁的作用大小和途径。结果抑郁的发生与艾森克个性的神经质、内外向、说谎分，并与积极应对和社会支持呈显著正相关，相关系数分别为0．2967，0．2718，0．261，0．2938和0．2391；个性对抑郁的发生具有一定的决定作用；个性对抑郁的发生有直接作用和间接作用，应对、社会支持对抑郁的发生既具有直接作用，同时也可以缓解其他因素如个性对抑郁发生的作用强度。结论抑郁的发生可以从多途径、多环节进行预防和干预。

The effects of personality, coping style and social support on depression in community women

Objective To explore the relation between personality,coping style and social support and the effects and paths of these factors. Methods Center for epidemiologic studies depression scale, trait-like coping style questionnaire,social support questionnaire and EPQ were applied to 210 women who have been married. All datas were analyzed by Pearson correlation ,regression and path analyze. Result There were significantly correlation between the depression scores and the N, E, L scores and positive coping style and social support, the correlation coefficient was 0.2967,0. 2718,0.261,0.2938 and 0.2391, respectively. The personality partly determined the scores of depression by stepwise regression analyze, and it can influence the depression scores by direct and indirect paths. Coping style and social support can also influence the depression scores directly or indirectly and relieve the effects of other factors such as personality. Conclusion There were varies to prevent and intervene in the development of the depression.
