针刺中极穴对膀胱内压波频谱的影响

为探讨器官水平反映针刺对膀胱机能的调控效应的客观量化指标，采用静脉匀速给予胆碱能兴奋荆，造成膀胱逼尿肌过度活跃，通过导尿管向家兔膀胱内匀速灌流并测量膀胱内压，检测膀胱充盈过程中压力波动。实验组加电针中极穴，分析膀胱压力波动的时域波，并做频谱分析。结果显示针刺对膀胱充盈期膀胱内压波动的时域波影响不明显。频谱分析显示．膀胱内压波动的频率范围主要在1Hz内，针刺使膀胱内压波动的频谱中0.4Hz和0．6Hz频率段的能量明显降低。说明膀胱内压波动的频谱分析可以提供针刺调控膀胱机能的有价值的客观量化指标。

Effect of Needling Point Zhongji (CV3) on Spectrum of Intravesical Pressure

To study the quantization indexes of acupuncture regulative effect on bladder function,rabbits were given cholinergic stimulant by intravenous drip to make the detrusor of bladder overacfivity,the catheters were put into the bladder of rabbits,and normal saline was affused into the bladder while the intravesical pressure was observed.To electro-needling point zhongji(CV3) of the rabbits,the time domain wave and the spectrum of the intravesical pressure were analyzed.The results showed that the time domain wave of the intravesical pressure during the filling of bladder was inapparent,and the spectrum analysis indicated that frequency domain of the intravesical pressure was mostly within 1 Hz,the energy of 0.4 Hz to 0.6 Hz period was obviously decreased by needling CV3.Conclusin: Spectrum analysis could offer quantization indexes of acupuncture regulative effect on bladder function.
