乙呋栓和甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎疗效对比分析

目的 观察乙呋栓治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法 将89例患随机分成乙呋栓组和甲硝唑组，用1％乳酸冲洗阴道后栓塞上药，观察组应用乙呋栓（乙烯雌酚2.25mg，呋喃西林粉0.5g)1枚，对照组应用甲硝唑0.2g，每天一次，共10天。结果 乙呋栓组和甲硝唑组治愈率分别为97.78%(44/45例）和68．18％（30／44例），显效率分别为2．22％（1／45例）和31．82％（14／44例）；复发率分别为1月为0和2．27％（1／44例），2月为0和6．82％（3／44例），3月为0和15．91％（7／44例），6月为2．22％（1／45例）和22．73％（10／44例）。结论 乙呋栓治疗老年性阴道炎疗效优于甲硝唑，复发率低于甲硝唑组。

Contrastive Analysis of Effect of Stilbestrol-Furacilinum Suppository and Metronidazole in Treating Senile Vaginitis

Objective To study the effect of Stilbestrol Furacilinum suppository in treating senile vaginitis.Mothods The 89patients were randomly divided into Stilbestrol Furacilinum suppository group and Metronidazole group.All medicines were for external use separately with one suppository and 0.2g Metronidazole after the vagina was flushed with 1% lactic acid,once a day for ten days.Results In the Stilbestrol Furacilinum suppository group and Metronidazole group,cure rate was 97.78%(44/45)and 68.18%(30/44) respectively,obvious effective rate 2.22%(1/45)and 31.82%(14/44),relapse rate was 0 in 1 st month and 2.27% (1/44),in 2 nd month 0 and 6.82%(3/44),in 3 rd month 0 and 15.91%(7/44),in 6the month 2.22 %(1/45)and 22.73 %(10/44).Conclusion The effect of Stilbestrol Furacilium suppository in treating senile vaginitis is better than that of metronidazole,and the relapse rate is lower.
