摘    要:目的 :探讨刺五加注射液抗糖尿病作用的机制及疗效。方法 :采用静脉注射四氧嘧啶诱导大鼠化学性糖尿病 ,观察刺五加对大鼠血糖、血脂和氧自由基代谢的影响。结果 :与模型组比较 ,刺五加治疗组空腹血糖(FBG)、血清胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)和脂质过氧化物 (LPO)均显著降低 ,全血超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性明显升高。结论 :刺五加具有降糖作用 ,同时具有降血脂、改善氧自由基代谢紊乱的药理活性 ,有助于糖尿病并发症的防治

Abstract:Objective: To study the mechanism and effect of manyprickle acanthopanax root renteral solution on diabetes. Methods: Through alloxan inducted chemical diabetes of the rat by injection of vein, the influence of manyprickle acanthopanax root on the metabolism of blood sugar,blood lipid and oxygen derived free radidicals in the rat was observed. Results: When contrasted to the model group, the activity of the fasting blood glucose (FBG), Cholestero(TC), Triglycerides (TG)? and Lipid peroxidation (LPO) in the treatment group decreased obviously, and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) increased notably. Conclution: Manyprickle acanthopanax root has the role of decreasing sugar, meanwhile has the pharmacology activity of decreasing lipid, ameliorating the metabolism disturbance of oxygen derived free radidicals, and help to prevent and cure diabetic complication.
