前路减压Kaneda内固定植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折并不全瘫

目的：总结前路减压Kaneda内固定椎间植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折并不全瘫的临床经验。方法：施行前路减压，Kaneda内固定椎间植骨融合治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折共15例，对其手术适应症、优缺点及术中注意事项进行讨论。结果：所有病例均经随访，椎间植骨融合良好，脊柱畸形得以纠正，内固定无松动、断裂、神经功能均有1-2级恢复，无手术并发症发生，结论：胸腰椎爆裂骨折并不全截瘫采用路减压Kaneda内固定植骨治疗在神经减压、纠正脊柱畸形、重建脊柱稳定性方面有其独特的优点。

Anterior decompression and Kaneda internal fixation intervertebral bone grafting to treat fracture of thoracolumber vertebral body complicated with incomplete paraplegia

Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of anterior decompression and kaneda internal fixation，intervertebral bone grafting to treat fracture of thoracolumbar vertebral body complicated with incomplete paraplegia．Methods：15 cases of fracture of thoracolumbar vertebral body were treated by anterior decompression and Kaneda internal fixation intervertebral bone grafting．To discuss the operation indication，advantages or shortcoming and points for attention in operation．Results：All cases got the follow-up．The intervertebral bone grafting grew well．The spinal deformity was corrected．The internal fixations were firm．The nervous function recovered 1～2 degrees，without operation complication．Conclusions：The above-mentioned treatment for fracture of thoracolumar vertebral body had unique advantages in nervous decompression spinal deformity correcting，reconstruction of spinal stability．
