登革热并发心肌损害105例

目的 对105例登革热病人合并心肌损害进行临床分析以辅助诊治。方法对2007年8月至10月间中山大学附属第五医院收治的登革热住院患者105例合并心肌损害者的心肌酶＆谱及心电图特征进行分析。结果本次流行的登革热病人心脏损害较普遍，占84．0％，心肌损害程度轻，均治愈出院。结论登革热病毒致心肌损害较普遍，有必要将心肌酶谱及心电图作为常规检查，以辅助诊治。

A report of 105 cases of dengue fever complicated with myocardial impairment

Objective Clinical study was carried out in 105 cases of dengue fever complicated with myocardial impairment in order to raise the comprehensive ability in clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 105 cases of dengue fever complicated with myocardial impairment were hospitalized in the 5 th Affiliated Hospital of Dr. Sun Yat - sen University during August to October in 2007 were studied. The profiles of myocardial enzymes and characteristic features of ECG were studied and analyzed. Results The occurrence of myocardial impairment in patients with dengue fever in this epidemic was very. prevalent, accounting for 84.0%. The myocardial impairment in all patients was mild and all of them were cured. Conclusion Myocardial impairment caused by dengue virus is very common, and it is important to examine myocardial enzymes and ECG as a routine examination in patients with dengue fever for comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
