维尼安联合氟西汀治疗更年期抑郁症的疗效观察

目的：探讨维尼安联合氟西汀治疗更年期抑郁症的临床疗效，寻求合理有效的治疗方案。方法：120例更年期抑郁症患者随机分为两组：观察组和对照组，每组各60例。对照组采用盐酸氟西汀，观察组采用盐酸氟西汀加维尼安。两组疗程均为8周。两组在治疗过程中每周完成汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分。以治疗过程中HAMD的减分率统计疗效：结果：观察组有效率为96．6％显著高于对照组72．1％（P〈0．001）；第3周开始观察组迟滞抑郁及睡眠障碍的因子分显著低于对照组（P〈0．01，P〈0．05），第4周观察组的焦虑因子分显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：盐酸氟西汀加激素治疗女性更年期抑郁症疗效较好，值得临床应用。

The Effects of Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Combined with Hormone on Menopause Depression

Objective:To explore the curative effect of fluoxetine hydrochloride combined with hormone on woman with menopause depresssion.Methods:One hundred and tweenty women patients with menopause depresssion of 40~60 years old were divided into two groups:The patients of control group were treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride alone and the ones of observation group were treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride and hormone for 8 weeks.All the patients were assessed with HAMD weekly during treatment.The curative effect was evaluated according to the difference of HAMD score during treatment.Results:In observation group,the effect rate was 96.6% and higher than 72.1% of the control group.The score of HAMD about sluggish menopause and sleep disturbance in the observation group were lower than that in control group after three weeks.The score of HAMD about anxiety in observation group was lower than that in control group after four weeks.Conclusion:Fluoxetine hydrochloride combined with hormone is better in the treatment of woman with menopause depresssion,especially for the intermediate and severe patients.
