补髓生血胶囊治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血临床研究

以补髓生血胶囊治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血 38例 ,基本痊愈 8例 ,显效 10例 ,有效 15例 ,无效 5例 ,总有效率为 89 42 %。经治疗后患者临床症状、外周血象、全血超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)活力及骨髓组织结构有明显改善 ,与再障生血片对照组比较有显著性差异。表明补髓生血胶囊是通过提高慢性再生障碍性贫血患者全血SOD及GSH -PX活力 ,起到清除体内自由基 ,减轻细胞内膜系统损伤 ,从而促进骨髓组织结构恢复的作用

Clinical Study of the Treatment of Chronic Aplastic Anemia with Busuishengxue Capsules

Cases of chronic aplastic anemia were treated with Busuishengxue Capsules (BC); and 8 patients were basically recovered, 10 patients were with excellent treating effect, 15 patients were with certain treating effect, 5 patients were with no treating effect, and the overall effective rate was 89.42%. After the treatment, the relevant criteria such as clinical symptoms, peripheral hemogram, whole blood SOD, GSH PX activity and myeloid tissue structure of the BC group were significantly improved, and compared with Zaizhangshengxue Tablets group, there was a significant difference between the results from the two groups.
