补虚温通理筋法治疗中风气虚血瘀型恢复期50例

目的:观察补虚温通理筋法治疗中风气虚血瘀型恢复期患者的疗效。方法:笔者将中风恢复期气虚血瘀患者100例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用补虚温通理筋法治疗,对照组依据《针灸学》和《推拿学》中风病常规治疗,并配合电针,10 d为1个疗程,6个疗程后采用(NIHSS)量表和(Barthel)指数,对各组疗效作评估。结果:治疗组明显优于对照组,经统计学分析,两组差值比较(P<0.05)。结论:补虚温通理筋法治疗组疗效显著。

Clinical Observation of Stroke Patients at Convalescence Stage with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Treated by Reinforcing Deficiency and Warming Massage at Tendon

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of reinforcing deficiency and warming massage at tendon on treating the stroke patients at convalescence stage with Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods ： 100 stroke patients at convalescence stage with Qi deficiency and blood stasis were recruited and divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group was treated by reinforcing deficiency and warming massage at tendon. The conventional therapy accompanied with electro - puncture was given to the patients in the control group. The period of observation was ten days and the efficacy was assessed with NIHSS and Barthel scales after six courses. Results ：The treatment group with reinforcing deficiency and warming massage at tendon was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The reinforcing deficiency and warming massage at tendon has notable curative effect.
