慢性浅表性胃炎中医证候、证素分布特点的文献研究

目的:通过文献研究探讨慢性浅表性胃炎中医证候、证素的分布特点。方法:检索CNKI、VIP数据库,收集慢性浅表性胃炎的中医研究文献,进行中医证候、证素分析。结果:纳入文献85篇,报告病例16358例,报道中医证候46种,常见的证候是肝胃不和、脾胃虚弱、脾胃湿热、肝郁脾虚等;证素15个,主要病位证素为胃、脾、肝,主要病性证素为气滞、气虚、热、湿、阴虚等。结论:慢性浅表性胃炎中医证候以肝胃不和和脾胃虚弱最多见,主要病位在胃、脾、肝。

Literature Study on Distribution Features of TCM Syndromes and Syndrome Elements of Chronic Superficial Gastritis

Objective ： To probe into distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes and syndrome essential factors of chronic superficial gastritis through literature study. Methods：An extensive search including CNKI and VIP databases for literatures about chronic superficial gastritis of TCM to summarize syndrome types and then to analyze the frequency of TCM syndrome types and syndrome essential factors of it. Results ：85 documents were included in this review. 16358 cases were reported and 46 syndrome types were related to chronic superficial gastritis. The most common syndrome types were incoordination between the liver and stomach, deficiency of spleen and stomach, dampness-heat of spleen and stomach, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, etc. 15 syndrome essential factors were extracted and the main location factors were stomach, spleen and liver. Qi stagnation, qi deficiency, heat, dampness and yin deficiency were the main excess factors. Conclusion ： The main syndrome types of chronic superficial gastritis are incoordination between the liver and stomach and deficiency of spleen and stomach. Stomach, spleen and liver are the main locations of the disease.
