脑心通胶囊对脑卒中高危个体强化干预效果观察

摘    要:目的:观察和评价脑心通胶囊对脑卒中高危人群强化干预脑血管流动力学指标的改善情况和在一级预防中的作用。方法:选择364例脑血管血流动力学积分在75分以内的患者作为高危人群作为本研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组190例、对照组174例,对照组给予一般干预即饮食生活方式和危险因子控制的干预,治疗组在对照组基础上加用脑心通胶囊,干预六个月后比较两组个体脑血管血流动力学积分以及血流动力学单项指标的变化情况。结果:干预前两组个体脑血管血流动力学积分不存在统计学差异(P<0.05);干预后,两组个体较干预前脑血管血流动力学积分显著升高(P<0.05);干预后,治疗组较对照组脑血管血流动力学积分显著升高(P<0.05);在干预前,两组个体各血流动力学指标均不具有统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,外周阻力RV和特性阻抗Zcv显著下降,而脑血管最大血流速度Vmax、最小血流速度Vmin和平均血流速度V mean显著上升(P<0.05);干预后两组个体相比较,治疗组各指标改善情况较对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论:脑心通胶囊运用于脑卒中高危患者的一级预防当中,能够显著改善机体的脑血管功能,从而降低脑卒中发生的风险。

Abstract:Objective : To observe and evaluate the Naoxintong capsule improving the intervention of cerebral vascular flow mechanics index and in primary prevention of stroke in high - risk population. Methods :364 cases of cerebral vascular hemodynamic within 75 points and high -risk groups were as the research object and were randomly divided into treatment group i90 cases and control group 174 cases. The control group received general intervention diet lifestyle and risk factor control. The treatment group on the basis added Naoxintong capsule. Six months after the intervention, we compared two groups' cerebral vascular hemodynamic integral and hemodynamic indexes. Results:Before intervention, the two groups' individual cerebral vascular hemodynamic integral did not exist significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). After intervention, two groups'vascular hemodynamics forebrain integral increased significantly (P 〈0. 05) and treatment group's was significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Before intervention, all hemodynamic parameters were not statistically different (P 〉 0.05 ). After intervention, peripheral resistance RV and the characteristic impedance of Zcv decreased significantly and cerebral blood vessel maximum velocity Vmax, minimum blood flow velocity of Vmin and mean blood flow velocity of V mean increased significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ). The treatment group's each index to improve the situation was better than those of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The primary prevention with Naoxintong Capsule on patients with stroke risk can significantly improve the brain function of the body, thereby reducing the risk of stroke.
