新疆阿勒泰地区膝骨性关节炎人群的中医体质特点

目的:分析新疆阿勒泰地区膝骨性关节炎(KOA)人群的中医体质特点,探讨该人群的中医体质分布规律。方法:运用流行病学的整群分层多阶段随机抽样调查方法,通过封闭式问卷调查及健康体检、中医体质辨识,筛查新疆阿勒泰地区KOA人群并进行中医体质分类。结果:该类患病人群中,各年龄阶段中医体质分型不同;居于前几位的中医体质类型分别是痰湿质、气虚质、阳虚质;男女患病人群中医体质类型分布不同;病程长短不同,中医体质分型不同。结论:新疆阿勒泰地区KOA的中医体质分型与年龄、性别具有一定的相关性,且患者人群的体质类型以痰湿质、气虚质、阳虚质体质为主。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Characteristics of Knee Osteoarthritis Crowd in Aletai Region of Xinjiang

Objective：To analyze the TCM constitution distribution in knee osteoarthritis patients in Aletai Area of Xinjiang and to discuss the distributing characteristics of patients＇TCM distribution with knee osteoarthritis. Methods：According to a multistage stratified cluster sampling method and by closed survey and health examination and identifying TCM distribution, the test screened the patients with KOA and classified the TCM distribution. Results ： The TCM constitution distribution was different in different age grades. The top three of largest proportions in the patients＇TCM distribution were phlegm -dampness type, qi -deficiency type,yang -deficiency type, separately. The TCM constitution distribution was different in different genders. The TCM constitution distribution was different in different courses of the disease. Conclusion ： The TCM constitution distribution is relation with different ages and genders in Aletai Area of Xinjiang and the TCM constitution distribution is phlegm - dampness type, qi - deficiencv type ,yang - deficiency type, separately.
