| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Toll样受体2和4（Toll—likereceptor，TLR2、TLR4）的表达在生殖器疱疹发病机制中的作用。方法采用流式细胞术检测32例生殖器疱疹患者及22例正常人外周血淋巴细胞、单核细胞和粒细胞表面TLR2和TLR4的表达。结果TLR2和TLR4在外周血单核细胞上的表达相对较高，而在淋巴细胞和粒细胞上的阳性率平均值均低于5％；患者和对照组相比，各细胞表面TLR2的表达水平无显著差异（P＞0．05），TLR4在两组淋巴细胞上表达水平无显著差异（P＞0．05），患者TLR4在单核细胞上的表达水平为（18．49％±10．01）％。显著高于对照组（8．02％±5．37）％（P〈0．001）；患者TLR4在粒细胞细胞上的表达水平为（1．90％±1．46）％，比对照组的（0．45％±0．25）％明显升高（P〈0．001）。结论单核细胞和粒细胞表面的TLR4在对病毒识别、增强特畀陡的信号传导、启动抗病毒的固有免癌反应中起着重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significance of expression Toll-like receptors in patients with genital herpes.Methods The expression of TLR2 and TLR4 on lymphocytes,monocytes and granulocytes was determined by flow cytometry in 32 patients with recurrent genital herpes and 22 normal controls.Results The expression level of TLR2 and TLR4 on monocytes was relative high,The positive rates of TLR2 and TLR4 on lymphocytes and granulocytes were a little lower(5% ) in both groups.There were no significant difference... |
