维生素E和维生素C对HL-60细胞NO生成的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨维生素E和维生素C对HL-60细胞NO生成的影响.方法 用不同浓度的维生素E和维生素C作用HL-60细胞,采用Criess反应测定细胞培养上清液的NO2-量,间接反映细胞的NO生成量.结果 随着抗坏血酸浓度增高,HL-60细胞NO生成并无减少,高浓度时NO生成增加(P<0.01);而随着维生素E浓度增高,HL-60细胞NO生成减少(P<0.01).结论 维生素E显著地抑制HL-60细胞NO生成,说明维生素E在抗肿瘤细胞增生作用中可能起着重要的作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of vitamin E and vitamin C on NO production in HL-60 cell. Methods Griess reaction was used to detect respectively the NO2content in supernatant of cultured cells with effects of vitamin E and vitamin C in different concentrations. Results NO production did not change much,but increased with vitamin C in high concentration (p<0.01). NO production was inhibited obviously according to the increasing concentration of vitamin E (p<0.01). Conclusions Vitamin E may play an important role in antitumor proliferation since it can remarkably inhibit NO production in HL-60 cell.
