心脏直视手术医院感染调查

本文对237例心脏直视手术病例的医院内感染情况进行了回顾性调查。术后总感染率为17.72％。各病种手术的感染率分别是:冠状A架桥术、升主A瘤切除术42.86％,法_4根治术30.77％,瓣膜置换术20.05％,法_3、房室缺修补术15.43％,其它9.09％。感染部位以下呼吸道及切口最常见。本资料对感染原因进行了讨论分析。

Nosocomial Infection Study for Open Heart Surgery

The retrospective study was carried out for thenosocomial infection condition of 237 cases with openheart surgery. The infection rates according to differ-ent operations were further divided as following;coronary artery bypass operation and excision ofaortic aneurysma 42.8%, repair operation of tetralogyof fallot 30.77%, valvereplacement 20.05%, repair op-eration of trilogy of Fallot, atrial and ventricularseptal defect 15.43%, and the others 9.09%. The infec-tion foci were more frequently fornd in the lowerrespiratory tract and incision of the skin. The infec-tious reason was analysed in discussion.
