甲床局部转移结合甲床扩大术修复甲床侧方缺损

目的 报告甲床局部转移结合甲床扩大术修复甲床侧方缺损的临床疗效.方法 对30例甲床侧方缺损的患者,应用甲床局部转移结合甲床扩大术进行修复,并对疗效进行分析.方果 30例甲床转移术后全部成活,术后随访6～12个月,再生指甲生长良好,甲板面积及指甲弧度与健侧指相近.根据甲床修复疗效评定标准评定:优24例(占80.0%),良4例(占13.3%),可2例(占6.7%);优良率为93.3%.方论 应用甲床局部转移结合甲床扩大术修复甲床侧方缺损,方法简单,疗效满意,是修复手指甲床侧方缺损的理想方法.

Nail-bed partial transposition combined with nail-bed lengthening for repair of nail-bed lateral defect

Objective To present the clinical outcomes of nail-bed partial transposition combined with nail-bed lengthening for treatment of nail-bed lateral defect.Methods Thirty cases of nail-bed lateral defect were treated with nail-bed partial transposition combined with nail-bed lengthening.The clinical results were evaluated and analyzed.Results All the nail-beds survived after transposition.The cases were follow-up for 6to 12 months.The renewable nails grew back normally.Nail size and curvature of the deck were similar to the contralateral side.According to the nail-bed repair criteria:24 cases were graded as excellent(80.0%),4cases as good(13.3%),2 cases as fair(6.7%),the overall excellent rate being 93.3%.Conclusion Application of nail-bed partial transposition combined with nail-bed lengthening for repair of nail-bed lateral defect is a simple and effective method.The outcome of the treatment is satisfactory.It is a suitable procedure to repair fingernail-bed lateral defect.
