| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨临床肾上腺带蒂移植小血管吻合方法的改进。方法 采用显微外科技术，进行鼠肾上腺带蒂移植。经假手术组（６只），双侧肾上腺切除组（６只），肾上腺移植组（６只）的术后存活观察、内分泌检测及病理检查进行比较。结果 双侧肾上腺切除组血、尿醛固酮值明显下降，平均存活６．８ｄ。而肾上腺移植组术后１、１４ｄ尿醛固酮值分别达术前的２２０．６％和１０６．１％。术后能长期存活。结论 通过显微外科技术可以成功完成

| Abstract: | Objective\ In order to overcome the difficult of small vessel anastomosis in clinical adrenal allotransplantation with vessel.Methods\ Author underwent adrenal allotransplantation with vessel using microsurgical technique in inbred rats.The endocrinic function,graft survival and pathology were followed in 6 sham operated rats, 6 biadrenalectomy rats, 6 adrenal allotransplantation rats. Results\ Blood and urine aldosterone levels of biadrenalectomy group were significantly decreased.Average postoperative survival time was 6.8 day.Urire aldosterone at 1 and 14 day postoperation were 220.6% and 106.1% of that preoperation respectively. Long term survival was presented in allotransplantation group.Conclusion\ Adrenal allotransplantation can be successfully performed by microsurgical technique. |
