| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨miR-125a-5p和miR-125a-3p在胃癌中的表达情况及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法：采用茎环Real-time RT-PCR检测30例胃癌组织及其正常胃黏膜组织中miR-125a-5p和miR-125a-3p的表达并分析其表达与不同临床病理特征分组关系。结果：miR-125a-5p和miR-125a-3p在胃癌组织较癌旁正常组织表达均明显升高（P=0.012和P=0.025）,其中miR-125a-5p表达量约为miR-125a-3p表达量的30倍,但二者表达比值在胃癌组织及正常胃黏膜组织中差异未见显著性;扩大样本量后结果显示miR-125a-3p的表达在有无淋巴结转移组间差异存在显著性（P=0.001）;而miR-125a-5p的表达在不同分化程度组间差异存在显著性（P=0.003）。结论：正常胃黏膜及胃癌组织中均可以检测到miR-125a-5p和miR-125a-p的表达;miR-125a-5p和miR-125a-3p在胃癌组织和癌旁正常黏膜组织中的表达差异存在显著性,miR-125a-3p的表达在胃癌的不同淋巴结转移组间差异存在显著性;miR-125a-5p的表达在胃癌不同分化组间差异存在显著性。
