田基黄的化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的研究田基黄(Hypericum japonicum Thunb.)的化学成分。方法运用多种色谱技术对田基黄的化学成分进行系统研究,根据光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为:异巴西红厚壳素(Ⅰ),槲皮素(Ⅱ),山柰酚(Ⅲ),槲皮素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅳ),槲皮苷(Ⅴ),异槲皮苷(Ⅵ),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(Ⅶ),田基黄双酮(Ⅷ),3,8″-biapigenin(Ⅸ),白桦酸(Ⅹ),豆甾醇(Ⅺ),豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅻ)。结论化合物Ⅶ,Ⅸ,Ⅻ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Hypericum japonicum.METHODS The compounds were separated by chromatography and their chemical structures were elucidated by means of MS,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectral methods,respectively.RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated from the plant,they were identified as isojacareubin(Ⅰ),quercetin(Ⅱ),kaempferol(Ⅲ),quercetin-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside(Ⅳ),quercitrin(quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside,Ⅴ),isoquercitrin(quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside,Ⅵ),miguelianin(quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuronide,Ⅶ),bijaponicaxanthone(Ⅷ),3,8″-biapigenin(Ⅸ),betulinic acid(Ⅹ),stigmasterol(Ⅺ) and stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoiside(Ⅻ).CONCLUSION Compound Ⅶ,Ⅸ and Ⅻ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
