| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助低位直肠癌根治术的临床价值。方法:回顾分析腹腔镜辅助低位直肠癌根治术9例患者的临床资料。结果:手术均顺利完成,平均手术时间90m in,术后住院8~12d,术中失血<100m l,术后疼痛轻,无手术并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜辅助低位直肠癌根治术具有患者创伤小,显露好,操作方便,不影响肿瘤根治等优点,宜临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of laparoscopic-assisted radical rectal excision.Methods:The clinical data of 9 cases received laparoscopic-assisted radical rectal excision was retrospectively analyzed.Results:The mean operation time was 90 minutes and the intraoperative bleeding was less than 100ml.The postoperative hospitalization time was 812 days and no postoperative complications occurred.Conclusions:Laparoscopic-assisted radical rectal excision,with the advantage of less trauma,better exposure,convenient operation and radical cure,should be popularized in the clinical practice. |
