都江堰市90岁以上老人血脂、血糖及血尿酸浓度分析

目的了解90岁以上老人血脂、血糖及血尿酸浓度在不同年龄组及性别上是否存在差异,并探讨其对长寿的影响。方法对881例90岁以上老人,采用葡萄糖氧化法测量血糖（GLU）;采用酶法测量血胆固醇（TC）、血甘油三酯（TG）、血低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、血高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）;采用尿酸酶法测量血尿酸（UA）的水平。结果①90-94岁老人与95岁以上老人TC有显著差异（P〈0.05）;②男性组TC低于女性组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;③90岁以上老人血脂、血糖及血尿酸浓度异常占所有检测者比例偏低。结论 90岁以上老人血脂、血糖及血尿酸浓度异常的比例偏低,可能与其长寿相关,尤其女性高龄老人更为明显,值得进一步探讨。

Analysis of blood lipids, glucose and uric acid in elder older than 90 years

Objective To understand changes of blood lipids（L）,glucose（GLU） and uric acid（UA）in elder older than 90 years.Methods GLU,total cholesterol（TC）,riglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）and UA 881 subjects were respectively were determined by glucose oxidase-peroxidase method,enzyme and uricase techniques.Results The levels of blood TC were significant differences between 90～94-year-old people group and more than 95 years old people group（P〈0.05）.The levels of blood TC of male group were lower than female group（statistical significance P〈0.05）.Conclusion The abnormal of blood lipids,glucose and uric acid of the age of 90 were accounted for a low proportion especially to the elderly aged 100 and over.
