高等医学院校重点学科建设管理实践探索

在“211工程”重点学科建设管理过程中，由于重点学科建设组织管理机制与高校现行的行政组织管理机制的矛盾，致使人、财、物均具备的重点学科建设管理客体系统呈现出“虚”化状态，这不仅使重点学科管理客体系统无法有效运行，更直接影响重点学科管理主体系统权力的贯彻和执行。广州中医药大学通过广泛调研，并结合本校的实际情况，以创建和扩建重点学科实验室为突破口，较好地解决了重点学科建设管理客体系统“虚”化问题。

A Practical Exploration of Management of "211 Project" Key Disciplines

For the conflictions between management system of key sciences and the administrative system,there existed an empty state in manpower resources,funds and properties of the objective management system of key disciplines during the construction and management of ＂211 Project＂ Key Disciplines,which not only makes the objective management system of key disciplines difficult in working effectively but also makes the subjective management system of key disciplines difficult in the implementation.Based on extensive investigation and the actual situation of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the University has obtained some experiences in solving the problem of emptying the objective management system of key disciplines by establishing laboratories for key disciplines.
