针药并用治疗颈源性眩晕36例

[目的]利用现代解剖学原理结合中医学理论,针刺合并中药治疗颈源性眩晕的临床观察。[方法]结合现代解剖原理的针刺配合中药半夏白术天麻汤。[结果]治疗组总有效率83.3%,对照组总有效率50%。两组比较,针药结合组疗效明显优于针刺组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。[结论]结合现代解剖原理的针刺配合健脾和胃化痰中药半夏白术天麻汤治疗颈源性眩晕疗效肯定。
